Cancellation Policy for Subscription Products via RecurPay

We aim to offer flexibility with our subscription services, so please review the following cancellation terms if you need to make changes to your recurring order:

1. Subscription Cancellations:

   • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your RecurPay customer portal. To do so, simply log into your account, navigate to your active subscriptions, and select the option to cancel.
   • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle will apply immediately, and you will not be charged for the upcoming period.
   • If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the billing cycle, the cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle, and the current charge will still apply.

2. Support for Cancellations:

   • If you need assistance canceling your subscription or have any issues, please contact our support team at questions@sfyuniversity.com. Include your subscription details, and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
