Cancellation Policy

SFY University - Cancellation/Refund Policy

  1. Participants who wish to cancel or reschedule a class must do so at least 7 days before the class start date. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the class start date will be subject to a "Seat Fee".
  2. The "Seat Fee" will not exceed 20% of the cost of the class registration.
  3. If a participant cancels or reschedules prior to 7 days before the class start date, they will be eligible for a refund of the class registration fee.
  4. Participants who fail to show up for the class without providing prior notice will not be eligible for a refund and will be assessed the full cost of the class registration fee.
  5. All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email or by phone to the class organizer.
  6. In case of unforeseen circumstances the class organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class without imposing the "Seat Fee" at their discretion.
  7. The class organizer reserves the right to modify or update the cancellation/refund policy at any time without prior notice.
  8. Participants are responsible for keeping their contact information up-to-date with the class organizer to receive important notifications regarding class cancellations or rescheduling.
  9. If a participant wishes to transfer their registration to another person, they must notify the class organizer in writing at least 7 days before the class start date. A transfer fee may apply.
  10. The "Seat Fee" will be calculated based on the total cost of the class registration, including any additional fees or charges associated with the class.
  11. Participants are encouraged to review the cancellation/refund policy carefully before registering for a class to understand their rights and responsibilities.
